Another Fish on Friday post for you today. I was going to update this family favourite to utilise our wonderful new Kambrook Quatro Multi Cooker but school holidays have proven a little busier than expected. One fabulous thing about this recipe is how quick & easy it is to prepare. If you have your rice pre-cooked this really is a 15 minute meal.
The trick to this recipe is having your rice pre-cooked. It is very similar to my Let It Go Risotto
Gather your ingredients
Saute your onions, add greens & cook until al dente. Stir through your rice & tuna to warm.
Serve with parmesan cheese and fresh cracked pepper.
