If you follow me on Instagram you may have noticed this afternoon 'snack' a little while ago. It was one of the first things I made (apart from salted popcorn) with my Kambrook Little Chefs Flutter Butter Popcorn Maker.
After a big day at work & then running around to get groceries after (which included a new tub of ice-cream - hee hee) when I got home and caught up I felt I needed a pick-me-up. What better than a banana split/ice cream sundae! And what better to tops said sundae than popcorn! Oh I must tell you it was divine! Banana, ice cream, caramel *and* chocolate topping, whipped cream and popcorn. An explosion of flavour and texture. This has been added to my special 'mummy-cook-book'!
