Popcorn Pinboard and I'm so glad I did. I must admit I've never been a huge fan of the powdered style of parmesan cheese, but this recipe looked so good I thought I'd give it a go. I found some fine parmesan in the fridge section of my local grocery, so this isn't the super-smelly stuff I'd been avoiding for years.
You can find the original recipe over at Super Healthy Kids (it's about half way down the page) but basically, take some popped corn, drizzle with butter & sprinkle with salt, parmesan and herbs. I missed the herbs this day but I do think it needs a little lift. While this one hasn't been repeated, I'm glad I tried something new. Next time I'll be making it with my grated parmesan and I won't skimp on the herbs :-)
