I've been having a great time playing with my Kambrook Little Chefs Flutter Butter Popcorn Maker. One of the recipes in the instruction book that caught my eye is this one for Boston Popcorn Brownies so I thought I'd share just in time for the weekend!
Gather your ingredients & follow the method. Too easy!
This is a simple & delicious brownie recipe. The popcorn adds to the texture of the brownie and means you get that lovely crunch without any nuts! Great for packing a special treat in your school lunchbox.
You can of course experiment a little like I did. On one side I drizzled some caramel topping & sprinkled some granulated peanuts. Of course this means it's not suitable for most schools, but for a little mummy-night-time treat it works fantastically!
