Cheesecake Easter Eggs

Did the Easter bunny find you yesterday?

Are you looking for a re-purpose for your Easter Eggs already?

I used Cadbury hunting eggs here. Slice the tops off with a serrated knife. I found it easier to do this at room temperature with the wrappers still in place.

I didn't flavour my cheaty-cheesecake this time (recipe here). Simply mix & pipe in. I managed to get 10 full eggs & 10 half eggs with the one batch of cheesecake mix. The half eggs I put mini marshmallows in the base.

These make a great (aka quick) take along treat and they look and taste impressive too. Best of all, they come with their own disposable packaging so you don't have to remember to bring containers home with you.
