| I've recently started using a muffin tin occasionally for snacks and meals for Miss M. Ideally you'd see half of it full of fruit & veg with the other three spots taken with carbs, protein and dairy. This was not an ideal day :-) |
I ended up turfing the egg to be not the safe side. I couldn't' remember how long it was in the fridge for and with guests in the house I really didn't want anyone sick. If in doubt, throw it out! That's Ok though, because it made room for the spoon :-). There's also yoghurt, a cup of milk, apple slices, peanut butter/Nutella dip and. . . |

Which Miss M decided she liked dipped in the yoghurt |

| This another same but different lunch the same week. Milk, yogurt, cereal mix, ham batons, cheese. |
I love that my Take & Toss snack containers fit so neatly into this tin. And the lids and cup spouts are interchangeable too- great for portion control, storing half eaten servings, and for divvying up a few days worth of elements at once. |
