Frozen Yoghurt Shapes #FRD2014

Are you joining in Food Revolution Day 2014? Miss M has been a little under the weather so we'll see how we go. I like to include her in food preparations anyway. One of the things we like to make together is frozen yoghurt shapes.

All it takes is some silicon moulds, yoghurt & your imagination.

Sometimes we add food colouring and when things are really fancy we make a few different colours

Then she likes to layer them up. (Tap them on the bench to bring any air bubbles to the top)

It's always fun to see what colour she wants to add to which shape

These are great little snacks for at home and work wonders on bitten tongues! I've also given a few (uncoloured) to Honey in a mesh bag for when Miss M has an ice block/icy pole (in the afternoon summer heat)

Happy Food Revolution Day!

  1. Oh, these look fab! We have some silicon moulds which might do the job- the children love yoghurt. Lovely to see your little one getting involved.
