Happy Birthday Dr Seuss

Well, it was yesterday but seeing as I make lunches the night before that counts doesn't' it?

We have a couple of Dr Seuss books in our collection and Miss M has also discovered some animation on YouTube so I decided to include a few titles in this lunch.
We have a Cat in the Hat pepperoni, cheese & cracker snack; Grinchy green grapes with a black blueberry heart and a few extra peas for good measure; and 'green eggs' sandwich and ham. Also included is a Sinchies yoghurt and popper topped with a little note. I had planned to make a Cat in the Hat Sinchies but forgot to grab strawberries with the groceries. Oh well, there's always next year :-)

The cheese sandwich circles are topped with smooshed peas and the ham simply rolled & tucked in.

The images I used to make the little notes can be found here, here and here.
