I recently told you that Miss M currently has a thing for spiders & spiderwebs, so I made her a spider + web sandwich
I bought the web biscuit cutter from a cheap shop at the beginning of the year on clearance, thinking I could make a sun out of it - who'd of thought I'd use it to make what it was actually designed for!
I also used some circle biscuit cutters, Vegemite, sultanas & an off cut of ham. The crusts were recycled into the the spider legs & web crossings
Don't forget Halloween is coming up - do you have anything planned?

Fabulous!! I think I would need to hire a cook to get anything like this out of the kitchen on a school day!!
ReplyDeleteWhich is why I tend to prepare lunches the night before! :-)
DeleteIt's surprising how little time these things actually take once you have an idea of what you're going to make & how to do it. I haven't done it yet, but I would like to race someone making a basic sandwich against my 'Pingu Sandwich' (Miss M's favourite) -myabe I should just use a stopwatch . . . .
