I've seen these cute little guys done with puff pastry, but we were having pasta for dinner so that's what I used.
The first one I did I used raw spaghetti to hold the cooked fettuccine in place while I wrapped the next piece around, but I found in the end it was sticky enough to hold itself if I stood on one foot & stuck my tongue out ;-P
I used a face cuter from my Haul of Goodies
Not wanting to waste the cheese I cut the faces out of, I tried to lay the off cuts onto a cherry tomato, but that didn't work, so I just stood them up at the back & used a witches hat from the same collection
The sauce container is from Affiliate Neat to Eat Bundle
I gave the tomato a face in the end :-)
I was told Miss M immediately held one end of the pasta in the air & unravelled the mummies at lunch time. At least she had fun eating them :-)
