Simple Zucchini Soup

This is all you need to make this delicious hit of green goodness.

Based on the Zucchini Pesto Soup recipe from Vegie Food.

750g Zucchini
1 large onion (or 2 small ones if that's what you have)
2 cloves of garlic
750ml chicken stock
2 Tbsp pesto

Peel the onion & garlic, top & tail the zucchini, and toss into the Kambrook Soup Simple, select 'smooth' and come back in 20-odd minutes to this gorgeous green velvety soup.
(Kidlets can help to chop the zucchini and play with the onion & garlic if they're game)
Serve with bread crust croutons (aka 'dippy sticks' for the young ones)
Thicken with bread or rice cereal to the right texture for your infant or use it as a spread on bread for this to become a true family meal.
