Thaw & slice
Sprinkle with sweetened cocoa. I had some chocolate martini sugar on hand :-)
Double up and twist
Lightly spray with oil
Bake until golden
Take 2
Thaw & slice
Place a square of your favourite chocolate (this one was Lindt) in the centre and fold in alternating corners
I also made some plain envelopes
Bake until golden. Don't the pinwheels look delicious?
And there were a few rolls done with the sweetened cocoa too.
Take 3 - Savoury
I have Pinterest to thank for this idea (this is the first version I saw)
Thaw & slice
Add sauce, and fillings
Roll
These were the scraggly bits at the end
I decided to make a straight version too.
Again, bake until golden. These were actually more popular than the chocolate - oh well, more choc for me :-)
What do you use your puff pastry for?
