Mexican Chicken

I've shared this recipe before when I reviewd the Kambrook Quatro Multi Cooker. This is what it looks like when you take the long way around, although I did cheat & used pre-cooked rice.

Brown your onion & celery

Then add your chicken & brown that too

Add your salsa jars when it's done

In the meantime mix your beans & rice together

Press them into your dish

Cover with some cheese, top with chicken mix & more cheese

Bake until golden (180 degrees for about 30  minutes)
