ANZACs and Easter Eggs

Flashback Friday with a difference today. Revisiting one of my favourite recipes with a twist.

I made a double batch of biscuit mix, and pressed half (give or take) into a slice tray

Topped with some mini Easter Eggs

And bake until golden.

Our thoughts & prayers go out to those who have served, and those that continue to heed the call.
