RU OK?

Today is RU OK? Day, and no, it's not because Hugh Jackman supports this that I think it's a great idea :-)

When was the last time you asked 'Are you OK?' and not only meant it, but listened to the answer?

I know Miss M is too young to read, but here's what I've packed in her lunch.

Crustless sandwich topped with cheese circle & Ray & Otto's Special Pepperoni (fromWalkerston Country Meats) cut with some biscuit cutters I've had in the cupboard for years.
The smile in the 'O' was created by using the 'O' cutter from the letter set along an edge of cheese

Here again we have more of Ray & Otto's Special Pepperoni (fromWalkerston Country Meats), cut with the biscuit cutters served on rice crackers.

I just realised I missed the question mark - oops :-)
