Ham, Cheese & Tomato Flowers

I found these old pics and thought I'd share :-)

Some days I struggle with what to send for our 'something else', especially when I plan to send leftovers but dinner doesn't go down well. On those days I sometimes send a spread sandwich (like Vegemite or jam) and then send some ham & cheese as 'something else'. This day I also sent some cherry tomatoes in our Take & Toss Bowls.










I also found this little sandwich topped with cherry tomatoes & corn. I didn't hear how soggy the bread got, but I think for future I'd place the cheese on top of the bread to create a barrier between the bread & tomatoes.
