The last in our series of Rainbowed My Little Pony! Super quick, sliced apple with a packet of biscuits for sides. The container holds some nut butter. Vegemite sandwich cut into squares and a slice of cheese coloured with FooDoodlers after being cookie cutter-ed. That's a word now :-)
Not pictured are the drink and Sinchies food pouch yoghurt that completed this lunch.

Rainbowed Apple Jack
Last week I started sharing the Rainbowed My Little Pony lunches I made for Miss M after we finished watching the latest season of My Little Pony together. Today I bring you Apple Jack.
I had what I thought was a brilliant idea to carve Winona (Apple Jack's dog) into an apple slice after having success with it a few years ago making a bunny footprint.
I think I need to work on the technique some more. . .
After carving and dunking in apple juice, I dried with paper towel and rubbed some Nutella over the carving.
A few more adjustments and a little extra Nutella and you can almost see the resemblance o.O

Rainbowed Fluttershy Lunch
I loved practicing my apple bunnies for the Bento Demonstration workshop I did recently. And seeing as Fluttershy's little friend Angel is a bunny, what better accompaniment to her lunch? I also added in some Tick Tock biscuits which Miss M hasn't tried before. The butterflies are drawn on with writing icing.
Fluttershy is coloured with FooDoodlers and cut from this set of cookie cutters. Not pictured are the Sinchies yoghurt pouch and popper drink that went with this lunch.

Rainbowed Rainbow Dash Lunch
I have no idea what happened to the focus on that photo, sorry! Continuing on with our Rainbowed My Little Ponies, today we have Rainbow Dash.
Served in our EasyLucnhboxes with a Sinchies yoghurt pouch, some biscuits and apple with nut butter dip.
I used some new FooDoodlers - can you tell?
A little surprise for Miss M in her dip today :-). Everything tastes better with sprinkles!
Details of my tools & toys can be found on this page.

Rainbowed Rarity Lunch
I love having a system for a packed lunch. It makes filling it so easy! One of the other bonuses of doing a series of lunches is there's little to think about in terms of variants. In our Rainbowed Ponies series we're up to Rarity.
I tried to lay the apple down like a mandarin flower, but it didn't really work. Maybe I should have put it in a muffin case in retrospect.
But once the nut butter dip container goes in you can't really tell anyway :-).
A closer look at Rarity's rainbow.

Rainbowed Spike Lunch
Next in the series of Rainbowed Ponies is Spike, the dragon :-)
Packed in our Easy Lunchboxes with a popper & some silicon baran; yoghurt with rainbow sprinkles; apple slices with a nut butter dip in a rainbow cup.
Miss M had a fun time helping to colour in a spare Spike. I can't remember if it was her or mine that ended up on top :-)
He still looks cute :-)

Rainbowed Princess Twilight Sparkle Lunch
I recently finished watching the latest season of My Little Pony with Miss M, so I made a whole series of lunches with the cookie cutters I bought last year. Using FooDoodlers I added a rainbow of colours and a cute food pick to add some wings for Princess Twilight.
Sent in our Nude Food Movers with a Sinchies food pouch of yoghurt (below the sandwich), an apple and a snack pod of her favourite cheese, pepperoni & crackers for brain break. And a popper.
It just so happened that Mr Loving got a packed lunch that night too. Same but different - no yoghurt or pretty cheese, and I packed some mini cakes for his 'brain break' :-).

February on Instagram
February is always a busy month in this household and this year was no exception. In fact I think we may have even been busier than last year when I catalogued *every lunch* the girls and I had for the month. Perhaps it's because it's the shortest month of the year it feels like those 'missing' days need to squeeze into the wee hours of the morning perhaps. . . Anyways, if you haven't been following gone Instagram, here's most of what you've missed :-)
